To verify Alertpay account, you need to have two things, the image of a photo ID card and phone bills in the most recent three months (receipts also accepted). You should SCAN 2 things.

Note that the image size may not exceed 500KB and is best for images in JPG format.

First you select the Photo I then click Continue on the next page you check in Country i then select the photo ID card from your computer and click the Submit button to upload it, the upload is complete you click the words "NEXT" to go back Verify page.
